These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ChristNow at christnow.co and the video courses we offer. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Who we are

ChristNow provides online, faith-based educational video courses. Contact: christnowofficial@gmail.com.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ChristNow. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

Accounts

• You agree to provide accurate information when you register.
• New accounts may claim one (1) course free, as described on the site at the time you sign up.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Purchases and access

• Paid courses are sold as digital products. Prices are shown at checkout (currently $14.99 USD per course unless otherwise stated).
• Payment is processed by Stripe. Completing checkout grants you personal access to the purchased course through your account.
• Access is for your personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or publicly redistribute course videos or materials
• Attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the site, or interfere with security
• Use ChristNow for unlawful, harassing, or harmful purposes
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others

Intellectual property

ChristNow name, branding, website content, and course materials are owned by ChristNow or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. Your purchase or free claim grants a limited license to view content for personal learning—not ownership of the underlying materials.

Faith and educational content

Our courses are offered for spiritual encouragement and education. They are not a substitute for professional counseling, medical care, or pastoral care in crisis situations. Views expressed in courses reflect ChristNow’s teaching approach and Christian faith perspective.

Disclaimers

ChristNow is provided “as is” and “as available.” We strive for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChristNow and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the site or courses. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the course giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or fifty US dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

Changes to the service or Terms

We may update courses, pricing, features, or these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using ChristNow and contact us about your account.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ChristNow operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that state, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
