Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 18, 2026
ChristNow (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates christnow.co, where we offer faith-based video courses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — When you sign up, we collect your username, email address, and a password (stored in hashed form, not as plain text).
- Course activity — Which courses you claim (including your one free course), purchase, or own; lesson progress; and optional reflection notes you save in the lesson player.
- Payment information — Purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit or debit card number on our servers. Stripe handles payment data according to its own privacy policy.
- Usage and analytics — We use tools such as Google Analytics and the TikTok Pixel to understand traffic and how people use the site (for example, pages visited and general device/browser information). These services may use cookies or similar technologies.
- Communications — If you email us at christnowofficial@gmail.com, we receive whatever you choose to send (your email address and message content).
How we use information
- Create and manage your account and course access
- Process payments and record which courses you own
- Improve the site, fix problems, and understand how visitors find ChristNow
- Respond to questions, feedback, or support requests
- Protect against fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
Video hosting
Course videos are delivered through third-party players (such as Vimeo). When you watch a lesson, that provider may collect technical data needed to stream video, under its own privacy terms.
Sharing with service providers
We share information only as needed to run ChristNow, including with:
- Stripe (payments)
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers (for example, Cloudflare and our application host)
- Analytics and advertising partners listed above (Google, TikTok), as configured on the site
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep account and purchase records while your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, or dispute purposes. You may ask us to delete your account by contacting us; some records (such as payment history held by Stripe) may still be retained by those providers as required by law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
ChristNow is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

- You can update account details by signing in and using your profile where available, or by emailing us.
- You can limit certain analytics cookies through your browser settings or industry opt-out tools where applicable.
- You can stop using the site and request account deletion by emailing christnowofficial@gmail.com.
